If you need to return an item, please contact your Customer Service Representative regarding your return request at 1-800-448-7714.
- Only stock items are eligible for returns.
- Items are only eligible for return within 2 weeks after your event date.
- Engraved/Personalized medals, acrylics, trophies, plaques and custom items cannot be returned for credit and are nonrefundable.
- All items must be returned in the condition they were received.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is at customer’s expense.
- There will be a 20% restocking charge on all approved returns.
- Any returned item that is broken, damaged or not in a condition to be resold will not be credited.
